Pull it REALLY hard!!! Even the ones to each door require a real tug to open!

Totally agree Matt. When on the S forum any such discussions (or any detail whatsoever) was always offline via PM. I suggest some of the detail already quoted is edited out - we shouldn't be giving any sort of heads up to "outsiders".
