Does anybody know the name of the valve that you can fit to your brake system to let the fluid flow through the calipers and master cylinder to help prevent brake fade ???

Sounds like a recirculation valve - basically a one-way valve that is plumbed in with two lines to the caliper which makes the fluid circulate through the caliper each time you apply the brakes. There are a couple of places that do them, Tilton springs to mind.
