Tuscan box fit cerbera?

Quick question is the tuscan gearbox the same as the cerberas, the T5?
or more importantly does it fit?

The gearlever on the Tuscan box is about six inches further forward than the cerbera ( V8 ) one , David

But I think its otherwise the same box, just fitted with a remote linkage, so it should fit but you'll have to chop and change some parts over

Unless its the shorter tailcasing in which case the mainshaft is different in which case its not so straightfoward

Which was the one I was looking at to get parts from?

Didn’t bid in the end. I have looked at getting another manufacturer to go up to a 6speed box, anyone had any joy?

There is no remote linkage on those boxes. If you use the remote linkage from a griff box on a cerbera box it will put the lever in the same location as a tuscan box but not the other way round . You would have to fabricate your own linkage if there is space , David

T56 won't fit and it's 'kin heavy. I'm sure there was a gearbox thread in the recent past, just don't remember the outcome.

Did you check the gearbox level and make and make a horrifying discovery in that department?
