I am already booked for Le Mans this year but have recently been offered special passes to the 24hr at the Nurburgring ON THE SAME WEEKEND!!!

So, I'm thinking, drive to LM, see out Wed to Fri and then drive over night to Germany to see the race there.

Recon the Cerb would make it all that way?

I know but the fun is still going on Weds thru Fri with Qualifying, the Le Mans parade, driving the circuit etc etc. I really can't miss the Nurburgring 24hr VIP pit pass full hospitality etc one of those once in a lifetime deals.

As long as it starts, of course it will make it !

The biggest problems with Cerbs is getting in them, or getting them going. Once it's running, it'll get you most places (until you run out of fuel !)

Pah - so what! You'll find people are only too happy to give you a push start anywhere, especially petrol stations Go for it!

No problems, just make sure you give the car a good thorough checkover before you go, make sure the tyes and brake pads are up to the job (if you are going to do a few laps of the ring) and enjoy!
I took my old Cerb to South of France and Denmark no probs. We have just bought another (2000 450LW) and we are taking it to France (Caen) at Easter!

Not entirely sure they'd appreciate that during the 24 hour race with 210 other cars on circuit.
