Put a post out on monday regarding rough running, what was it.... one of the allen headed bolts that hold the air intakes at the engine had come undone, dropped down next to a spark plug, got jammed and then was causing a short!! nice simple remedy!! thanks to all who replied. Happy 'cerbing'

One of mine came undone and caused the throttle to stick wide open. It's worth checking those bolts, folks, because they seem to work loose pretty easily. Maybe some loctite to keep them in check?

also beware of replacements to the allen key type for a standard hex bolt. someone had done that on my and when i put on full throttle the linkage got stuck alongside the bolt... luckily i was stationary at the time....

That's exactly what happened to me. It's when you're out of control in 3rd gear with the throttle wide open that you realize how fast a Cerb is...
