Longer seatbelt Stalks?

Is it possible to get longer stalks for Cerb seatbelts; the passenger side is particularly tricky as it is so close to the center tunnel. My worry is in an accident you would struggle to get it undone, I have belt cutters but for every day ease of getting in and out (and to save explaining to new passengers that you have to push the clip towards the front of the car every time!) it would make sense, does anyone else have problems with the belt catches?
