When going round right-handed corners, roundabouts etc.

I'm no techie, but I'm guessing that's going to be drive shaft related.

Presuming you haven't got a tumor on one of your tyres that is

Could just be exhaust contacting the chassis somewhere. I had the same thing as you, every right hand corner or a roundabout I got a grinding sound. Turned out to be my offside manifold just touching the chassis.
Get a torch and peer down the side of the block to see if your manifolds are touching anything they shouldn't be.

The engine can be shifted sideways a certain degree on its mounts. Andy at APM sorted mine for me.
