Please help car wont stop!

Anyone know what to replace, kick, burn or reset to get the engine to stop?
The little red button will no longer stop the engine! I needed to use the sh1tty key thingy on the dash......

Any help much appreciated as I'm going out to try and fix it with my tools and if all else fails a can of petrol and some matches. .

Pull the switch out and check that first I would say.

If not then you got a lot of wire chasing to do.

Just checked all the fuses and now its turning off....however now I dont get my handbrake light, no MIL check light as its primed ready to start and no battery light before starting!!!!!!

It starts and stops and all indicators, brake lights and head lights are working....

Figure that one out! Well time to disconnect the battery for a bit and hope for the best.

Any thought or if someone has been here before please HELP!!!!

Check all the fses again. Cerbs do funny things when a fuse goes. On most cars if you blow a fuse, something stops wrking, on the Cerb other things START working !!
I replaced the interior light on my car once, I must have somehow shorted it out without knowing and had blown the fuse. Next day I went to start the car, and when I pressed the red button, the headlamps came on, 4 way flashers were all on, and the wipers were on full speed!! Couldnt figure out for the life of me why it was happening, after much head scratching, I checked the fuses, and the interior light fuse had blown, replaced it and all was well. Strange cars arent they?

Yeah tell me about it! Just reconnected the Battery and checked all the fuses so still the same.

No MIL, handbrake or battery light on just before start up!

Eh can I get back to you on it as I've got loads on this weekend, the next and the next after that so I may just collapse and sleep for a few days and I'll just have moved into me new hoose!

Hi Craig, glad you got it sorted, all the best with the new home, Andy is fitting the Blue flame exhaust soon in readness for the big trip to Spain next month to see the Spanish grand prix, will then think about a brake upgrade and maybe the interior change we talked about
