Desperate help!!!!!

I broke my drivers side drive shaft this morning!!!
And i cant get one untill late next week!! I need one today...... has anyone got one or know of somewhere to get one.

its a drive shaft off a sierra/granada try auto factors or failing that a scrap yard

is that true for sure? im sure i saw one for sale on an indie site for about £200? and that sounds a hell of a lot for a ford driveshaft!!!

I've got two spares in the garage that came with the car. They look alright but I've no certainty. Got to be better than a broken one though!

Unfortunately, I've been on family duties and for once I haven't checked PH - sorry.

Mike, you're welcome to borrow them if you're still stuck but I guess the urgency has passed?

Yea urgency has passed. but thanks for the offer. Ive been told the cv's are sierra cosworth. but drive shfts were a special part???
drive shaft is going to cost about £250 i think.

Thats about what I paid (IIRC) from Austec recently
