Any problems with 245x45s on 16" Rims?

I am running 245x45 rears on the standard 16" OZ Saturn rims and standard Bilsteins set-up with green springs.

I seem to be scrapping my arse quite often on B roads which hardly ever happened when I was running 235x50s on the back, presumably due to the lower profile?

Does anyone else run a similar set-up, any problems?

I suppose this takes me another step closer to the inevitable fitting of some decent adjustable and stiffer springs.

Only makes a third of an inch difference overall. Had that happen with my chim when I fitted 17s. Cured by fitting Pro techs and setting to firm.

I had similar problems under load in dips on B roads. Stiffer springs on the back was the general consensus fix. 375 lbs on the back with Nitrons instead of the standard 325 lbs.
