Is the Cerbera Speed 12 coming out to play this weekend

Entry number 17 is listed as TVR Cerbera Speed 12.

Does this mean that the one and only Speed 12 will be taking part ?
I might drive to Silverstone just to take a look at this car. Does anyone know if the car will also be at the circuit on the Saturday ?

I am afraid that it still isn't ready - the back-end is being put back together after the oil seal leak on the differential.
