Pedal extensions - short drivers..!

My wife wants to have a crack at the Cerb, but she can't depress the clutch pedal fully even with the seat right forward. Does anyone know how this can be solved (apart from platform shoes etc etc) by extending or moving the pedals ?

Can they fit these pedals on a Noble? Im all of 5ft 2'', & really struggled when I tried to drive my Dads.

Jules are you mad? Stop and think about things for a minute. If you do this you will never see your car again - you will always be in the passenger seat and she will end up taking it out on her own. Just a few softly spoken words, sorry darling I tried on Pistonheads but they all said there was no way of adjusting the pedals. Sorry sweetie.

can someone with th extension pedals post a pic of the differances betweens then, dont see the point of paying £130 ish for then when i can extend the ones ive got for free

I've got a standard Cerb with Standard pedals, and mine are adjustable, just slaken off the lock nut, and unscrew the actual pedal.
I still think the best bet is just to tell her its impossible to adjust them !!

At last a thread which I feel well placed to add a perspective to - get the extensions there great and stop you having to sit so far forward that you can pull the sunvisor down behind your head (which just looks silly IMO)

The huge advantage of being vertically challenged is that you can actually fit people in the back without having to chop their legs off - you can normally get away with just folding them in half.

I have the extra length extendable pedals, including adjustable throttle. As standard the throttle does not adjust. The extra length made a big difference to me, (ooo er missus) As I can now get a much more comfortable driving position. The throttle can also be opened fully without me having to slide down in my seat! Well worth it.

When I bought my Cerbera I adjusted the pedals the other way. Asked the missus to sit in and try to depress the clutch - Hey Presto what a damned shame! She couldn't manage it!

2 years later I sold the car - without any lady miles ever being done.
