Cerb Seats

I've just compelted a London-Paris round trip with no problems at all, except that when puashing back on my seat the hard cover at the back has come off at the top.

I can see that it's pushed onto two screw heads, but the attachment on the hard part of the seats (the interior side of the Cerbera badge), has broken.

Is it replaceable?
