I have a standard 4.5 cerbera (98) -- I thought only Tuscan fronts fitted all round on the Cerb, but have been told as long as the car isnt lowered then Tuscan rears will also fit on the back, could anyone confirm ?

I think this is correct, except that if you have any additional weight in the boot or passengers in the back...then the tyres will rub on the inner arches...

I have Tuscan rears on the back of mine, some people shave the arches slightly but I have not had any trouble with rubbing, even with four in, well apart from with a fully loaded boot coming back from Le Mans and that was just a slight rub.
