Race Academy pop up !!!

I keep getting a 'Race Academy' pop up, Is it only me? It is so annoying, my Browser (Firefox) is set to block pop ups but I still get it, and sometimes I click on a Topic, and the Race Academy web site opens up, anyone know how to stop it before I hit my PC with a hammer?

Aplogies for posting this on the Cerbera Forum, but I only gt it in this forum, any other forum and I dont get it, does that give a anyone clue as to how to stop it happening?
