temp switch

Hi all, ive just replaced my coolant pipes for act upgrade! very nice
but ive broken the temp gauge switch ( the bullet type)
does anyone know where i can get one from? Its broke rite at the end where the spring ends!
Or do you know if it will fix

Pretty sure that's knackered. New guage job isn't it.

Alternativly bin the unreliable and inaccurate gauge and try one of these:

A bit pricey but very accurate as I'm finding out

Matt,

Is your Spa gauge the programmable type? If it is do you have a manual? These gauges were fitted to my racecar when I bought it and I'ven ever been able to figure out how to customise the alarms.

Thanx for the help guys, these gauges are damn clever.

I've always had a problem with the oil pressure sender on the race car (reading -13psi with ignition on) and always assumed there was a way of resetting it to zero. Anyway I've reset it and I now have 50psi oil pressure at idle compared to the usual 37-38psi, and hopfully the low pressure warning light will stop going off under hard braking and cornering too.
