oil capacity of a 4.5?

What's the oil capacity of a 4.5 including the filter? not due a service for 2k but the oil is looking a little gruby, long way from my dealer so will have to be done at the local honda garage. Will buy oil and filter myself. Any benefit of the landrover filter over the champion? can't do a search as am on a pda and the search options don't show up on mobile explorer.

Oil capacity is about 6.5 litres from memory

Owners manual mentions 6L, doesn't say whether thats with/without filter though.
