Had some red liquid found just behind radiator dripping to the floor, thought it was steering rack but it is closer to the front of the car.Is also over to the passenger side.
Anyone any ideas on what could be leaking.
Does sound like PAS fluid. Check the front nose cone as it could be dripping into there and then moving across. How's the PAS res level?
I think the only thing it could be there anyway, will be steering related.
Have a good look around maybe steering pump? or the fluid could have been chucked about a bit and settled there ready to drip out when parked up.
Then again maybe not.
I have the same problem at the moment, mine is powers steering fluid, check your levels, cap next to the radiator, mine was low. Topped it up untill i can get it sorted, but it is power steering fluid.
I believe mine is power steering fluid as it was a little low, will let you know when done.
