Adjusting windows?

Gentlemen, I need to adjust my windows.

1. I need to make them go up just a little bit more, to bed into the seal;
(My car doesn't have the microswitches in the doors)

2. I need to make the top of one window go 'in' more - at the moment it doesn't seat in the seal properly.

Any instructions please?

to do this you will have to remove the door panel,this is held on by 8x 4mm allen screws(2 at front top,3 down rear and 3 underneath)remove door panel taking care not to damage the paint and seperate the electrical blocks.send the window down as far as it will go and at the back of the window drive to the top of the door you will see a m6 bolt with a lock nut undo the lock nut and wind the bolt anti clockwise this will allow the window more travel,as you adjust have someone in the car so they can send the window up as you do it ,this makes it easier,and adjust a bit at a time till you get the right height.to make the window move in you can pack the front window channel placing a washer between the window channel and the door do this until the window is touching the seal,same if its the back of the window not touching,hope this helps
