Best Fuel Additive !!

Hi all, I've been baffeled recently with all the diffenrent products to mix with the fuel in order to enhance performance, have you please got any good sugestions.
Also, what is that one that smells gorgeous, the one at the race track that is just superb !! you must know whitch one I mean, thanks lads.

You don't need a fuel additive in a Cerb engine, just a good super unleaded as mentioned. Although the ECU adapts for air/fuel ratio the engine has no adaptive timing facility which would respond to a knock detection system. I think new cars, in particular the new scooby engine, do advance the timing right up to the point of knock all the time to get maximum performance which means these cars will generate more power with higher octance fuel up to a point.

I don't know the ins and outys and the way it works, but I recently put some fuel tank detergent/cleaner in with 50 litres of optimax (always use optimax) and my car is running a lot smoother than it was before! Maybe its coincidence, but this is the first stage in the process - next is the injector detergent/cleaner. No doubt somebody will tell me they are a load of old b****x, but it seems to have made a difference?
