Cerb Reliability

Used my breakdown cover for the first time this weekend, but not for the Cerb. The Mondeo cut out and left me stranded, something the Cerb has never done. Does this make the Cerbera more reliable than a Ford??

I recently got back from a week long driving holiday in Scotland.

Cerb ran perfectly throughout.*

Friend's M3 required a diversion to a dealer and 2 hours of diagnostic work and an ECU reset. Followed by a £2.5K bill a week later for a VANOS crisis.

I would have said England 1 - Germany 0 but that's all over now.



* OK, the reversing light bulb blew but I blame all those single track roads

Good news! Can I add that on the way to work I saw an RAC van with lights flashing protecting a 911 turbo on the hard shoulder. A shimmer of schadenfreude...
