Decat pipes?

Where else, other than Track Car Solutions can you get decat pipes?

My Cerb is due for a service next week and I want to order some today, so I can fit them the weekend before the service.

Since we've been doing the linked pipes we've not sold any std decats pipes .. except today we had 2 enquiries doh! We have a few of the 17.5 inch early 4.2 std decats in stock gathering cobwebs

I phoned up earlier, when the website said that they had them in stock. Only to find out they had none. Doh! Guttted.

So then came this thread. 7 minutes later I saw the TVR Parts reply (thanks btw). A few minutes after that I was ordering them. Job done. Cheers psb.

Yes, and from what the site says "The quiet track / race decat option with a small hp gain as a bonus if mapped to suit.…", they are quieter. And I want to really hear those pop 'n' bangs

Whoops misunderstood your question

Thought you were asking how de-cat/linked de-cat compare to having cats. I was wondering which de-catting option is the best?

lol they're quieter than std decats but still louder than cats. I don't actually like the std decat sound, but until i did the linked versions there was nothing else available really. The linked versions give you the best of both worlds .. quiet on part throttle but still loud at full throttle and worth up to 5bhp (not much but better than losing 15bhp like you can with the cheap sports pipes lol) .. have cake and eat it time

I loved the sound of mine with sports exhaust and decats but just found it too loud on jouneys especially with larger bore exhaust so I welded a couple of sports exhaust silencers I had lying around, into the decat pipes. Its taken the raspy edge off the sound but still loud pops and bangs on the over run. Much more driver friendly after driving it to devon and back. Well pleased.
