Exploded???
Webbing doesn't explode, are you talking about the inertia reel? I would imagine they are a bog standard inertia belt. No specialist part.

Sorry to sound like your mother but are you crazy? Like you I hate seatbelts but:
I was involved in an accident about two years ago whilst stationary at a set of traffic lights when a rather large cabling lorry and its trailer ploughed into the back of the Merc. But for the belt I would at best have received serious injuries or at worst been dead.
A friend of mine got into his car, forgot to put his seat belt on and lost control - albeit at some speed - on a bend, hit a tree and was catapulted through the window. His face broke the windscreen! To add to his bad luck his facial lacerations were sutured up by a doctor with thick suture material. He will not be winning any beauty competitions or walking properly for the rest of his life.
Trust me on this. Wear a belt. The human body is fragile. Anyway, invalid carriages are so last century.

Sit in your cerb, get a friendly crane driver to lift your car up by the back end, winch it up to 30 feet, so your aat there facing the ground. Now hes going to cut the rope in 20 seconds, Would you put your seat belt on now? And that impact would equat to about 30mph, and you drive a car that can do 160 without a belt on.
Your obviously an orphan with no family and no wife and kids to worry about, so carry on not wearing it.
