Thrust bearing?

Had a new clutch about 1500 miles ago and have noticed a slight "squeal" on it when it is in neutral and the clutch is out took it back to were the clutch was fitted and they said it was the thrust bearing and they re-sealed it and that was about 2weeks ago and now the "squeal" has returned any one got any idea what this could be it does not seem to affect the car it just annoys the hell out of me .

I would guess it's the same problem, and it's whatever your people said it was, but they didn't fix it very well. I'd say it was time to get them to have another go.

Does it go if you put slight pressure on the pedal? If so then its the bearing. Mine did it for about 10,000 miles, I was just waiting for a clutch change to change it. It the bearing resting on the release springs, mine went for ages and ages like that so I wouldnt worry about it.
