wiper and main beam logos worn away

hi guys does anyone know if and where you can get new push button covers for the wipers and main beam mine are worn away now and and you cannot see the symbols thanks ancol

hope some of the clever chaps on here know where to get new ones would be nice if they lit up too

I replaced all mine last year. I got mine from TMS which unfortunately doesn't exist any more. But I'm sure any main dealers should be able to source them for you.

Part numbers are

TN0140 - Wiper Label
TN0138 - Main Beam Label

and I paid 75p each plus the dreaded VAT.

I made some at work here: brushed aluminium effect with black symbols, then with a resin "dome" over the top so the logo will never wear off. They look good (IMHO) but reduce the "feel" of the button when you press it. Did a complete set for all steering wheel buttons plus window and a.c/de-mist too. 10 in a set.

I do have a couple of extra sets somewhere. I will post some pics when I get a chance.

bit of a highjack but my horn and wiper buttons have just stopped working.

The intermittent wiper and the main beam both work so, am at work at the moment but just wanted to know if its likely to be a fuse (are they on the same fuse) or most likely just the connection at the steering wheel boss?

Almost certainly the ribbon cable. Have a search for a recent post by JensonA - He's just replaced his.
