a PAS pump shaft or the whole pump assembly that's taking up room in their garage and they would like to sell me?? Just found out my spare pump that was going to be used to repair my cerb is knackered so I'm quickly running out of options as I desperately need the car by the 21st. I've looked through the classifieds and breakers and nowt's about. Help!!!

It's a TVR part unfortunately
It's bolted onto the bottom left side of the block and is driven off the chain. It also runs the oil and water pump in the same assembly. Mine is an early sump as well, so if I have to get a newer style recon pump (£450) which is difficult enough anyway, I'll also need a new style sump and pipes (£800-£900), so I'm quite keen to source just the shaft

Yes I do! replaced mine with electric after woodruff key snapped.

Sorry, I meant the the whole shaft that feeds the pas + oil & water, not just the pas. Now I've also been thinking about it for a bit I might be able to get a custom shaft made up from my contacts in an engineering shop. Anyone got dimensions or a drawing???
You need to talk to Jes Firth as he's had several made up to get his car back on the road after several failures! If anyone's going to know where to source one it's him.
