Stone Chip Protective film/front end respray

Anyone know of a place that installs stone chip protective film in the north-west (Cheshire/Manchester) area. Can anyone also recommend someone to respray the front end due to stone chips.

Is the cost of amourfend really the cost of a nose respray? therefore whats the point!

There is a good body shop (can't remember the name) on the A50 from Holmes Chapel to Knutsford. Its on the right (first driveway)just Hills garden centre (Farringtons I think).

Personally I'm not keen on the look of the protective film, however the point is, that by the time you've driven home from the paint shop, you'll have another stone chip

With the protective film, in theory, you wont.

From what Im led to believe, Armourfend et al dont stop ALL the stone chips and you will need another respray at some point in the future (admittedly not as soon as if you didnt have it on). Id rather pay for 2 nose sprays over a certain number of years rather than 1 respray and 1 Armourfend.

I've recently had the Armourfend removed from my car and still had to have the front sprayed due to chip and Armourfend removal damage.

I didn't have it replaced if that helps!
