Let us plug there ECU into our car to see if it cures the 'NEW' missfire!.
its doing my dad's head in at the moment,and just wanted to see whether it is the ECU or not.

I have a spare MBE ECU from a 4.2 that I believe is in working order if you would like to try it. I live near Shrewsbury. Bring the car over & I can plug it in.

Tvredd-the 4.5 ecu is different because it has a different chip, but thanks very much for the offer.
