Air con wiring diagram needed

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the air con?

Or even the detail of what series the switch, stat, etc are in.

Also which relay is for the air con?

The compressor won't come on, clutch won't engage.

The blue LED is on, I've shorted out the stat, and there is gas in the system (I've had the gauges on it, I know what I'm doing there) but no compressor.


I've tried using the search, with a lot of different options, but no joy.

I had the same problem which was finally tracked down to the ECU. For some reason the aircon is routed through here for no purpose. The system should be capable of turning off the aircon under full throttle but dosnt. My car is an early 4.2 1996 the later ones may be different. HHC bypassed the ECU and fitted a relay to ensure power was going direct to the aircon unit. Works a treat now.
Thats all I know unlike your good self I would not have a clue as to were to start with electrics sorry I can not be more of a help.

In my case it was the high/low pressure switch on the receiver dryer.

It's a development server so does occasionally have periods of downtime - shouldn't be out for long.

Mine wasn't working but had recently been recharged. My guy thought it had been overcharged as it was showing pressure.

This needed a call to the factory for weight of gas to use (600g) and oil type (Pag 46). After that it all worked again.
