Well done, Ratten. Thanks for making me aware of this. Hopefully more people will read your thread and join. At fewer than 5000 miles a year they calculated me at 15 quid - a small price to pay. The only suspicious element is that it's run by BP. Still, someone's got to do it. Now I can sleep better at night.

Hmmm, although i may need to make an extra donation unless i can get the bugger to stop smoking in hot traffic. Suspect i'm burning off some extra hydrocarbons that should be lubricating something. Still always interesting seeing smoke coming out of the back wheels for a different reason!

I think you'll find it's both.

Who caused the last price hike in fuel? Wasn't an increase in tax, there was talk of reducing tax.

The price of crude went up which was then relayed on by the fuel companies.

Care to look up the main fuel companies profits? I'm sure you'll find that they are not small.

So again, if they think I'm gonna stump up cash to pay for a wind farm in south african for example they can think again. How about they cough up out of their own pockets if they want to be so generous.
