brake judder cure?

I seem to recall ages ago, someone put a post up about how to cure juddering brakes, along the lines of, brake hard from 60, then repeat from 30, then 60 again, then lightly from 30 or something...

anyone have this to hand/ remember who it was? I have a mental image of a green Cerb owner, but I cant think who it is, wasnt Jes/Rocket/Olly/ who else has a green Cerb? (I could be well off here.)

any ideas?

The main aim is to 'clean' off any deposists left by pads.

The trick is to try to not apply your brakes when stopped as this is when the material transfer occurs.

A few hard brakes from relatively high speed should go some way to cure it, that combined with the not holding the car on the brakes.
