Servicing a Cerb in London

Where's the best place to get a Cerbera serviced in London, on the verge of making a purchase from Offord, but I was wondering what alternative there was to a 140 mile round trip.

Parents live in Harrogate, but I have heard that HHC can be expensive.

Care to share experiences?

As you know i use Offord my self and have done for almost 4 years now, but im happy doin the 100 mile round trip.
With what's spent in petrol is saved over in labour charges and jobs dealers wish to do just for the fun of it.

You could always drive down to Austec at Gatwick and catch the Gatwick Expess back to Victoria

Those guys offer some good deals these days, they certainly treated me well last year when they replaced my battery.

Other options depending on where you are in London are Leven in Essex and TVRfix is Ewelme (I think), Surrey.

I have used the TVR centre - they were good...

I have also been to London TVR...they gave me a very expensive quote...so I walked away.

I always make the journey up to TVR Power and just get a train back...

Thanks guys - I have quite a few options now.

First things first getting insurance on the damn thing. See my other post - half the insurers won't quote unless you have already driven one for a year, which seems like the worst kind of catch 22.

Off the top of my head: Direct Line/Tescos or if/when you are a TVRCC member, A Mannings (who I now use )

Was with DL previously, never asked me about previous experience with Cerberae
