Throttle position

Would throttle position of 15.9 for 1 and 16.6 for 2 at tick over worry you? I see they both should both be at 19%?

They aren't massively out. Trackcar always sets them at around 16 something. So I wouldn't worry about twiddling them to 19%.
There is a thread on here where he describes setting up the T pots (search is down at the moment) but its also in the online Cerbera manual.

He uses the adaptive readings to determine which bank is pulling more air (the one that has the most positive adaptive reading) and then adjusts the throttle linkage to to open/close a bank to even the air flow, then adjusts the T pot readings to be equal, then checks the adaptives again etc etc

It takes him no time at all to get very low adaptives (less than 5%) and equal both sides with equal T pot readings. So the adjustment can be done without a synchrometer.

The synchrometer is good for making sure the throttles are drawing about the same air flow. But the only way to adjust the individual throttle air flow is to use drilled screws as per the recent thread. Joo (Trackcar) did this on mine last time I was down at the workshop and it made a significant difference. Much smoother at idle.
