Sports Exhaust Swap

I've got an ACT sports exhaust with cats removed. It's loud!
But my wife doesn't like being a passenger (I know, could be a positive)
as it's too loud for her ie, we can't have a proper conversation
(I know,another positive).

So anyone want to swap for a standard (good condition) exhaust (2002 4.5)?

Why not try putting the cats back in? This should help reduce the noise level.

Yes,I appreciate that replacing the cats will make a significant difference and I'm
comparing prices now to buy. But my local TVR indie said that my exhaust is virtually
straight through and replacing would make the most noise difference.
Plus, I'm toying with the idea of getting a short length induction kit with linked decats so my only route then to decrease noise would be the exhausts.

I've got a virtually brand new standard Cerb 4.5 back box sitting in the loft space of my garage.
I converted to sports pipes as soon as i had bought my car.
The back box has just 2k miles..... if that.

My Cerb was actually quieter inside when I took the cats off and had Joolz fit linked de-cats to my sports exhaust!

Even the missus said it sounded nicer and was definitely more pleasant to ride in.
