Longest drive to get some diy materials

Forgive me if you think I have a screw loose after reading this.
I bought the car some two weeks ago and because of having to go back to the uk etc etc not had a chance really to drive much.
Any how had to go out this morning to get some stuff from the local bricomache (B&Q). Well the first thing that went wrong was that there was hardly a soul on the road and one of hose mornings- cool but great sunshine and the car was running great. Well any way to cut is short, came back this afternoon, having filled the car up with petrol once and arriving some 8 hours after I had left. (the shop is about 10mins away).
Guess I got to go out and get some more stuff tommorrow.

Haha. Yeah, that's a fairly typical symptom of TVR ownership. I've covered a lot of miles "just going down the shop..."

Hi

When I first got mine the wife caught me a couple of times pouring milk down the sink so I could go to the shops to buy more.
If I have to go to the shops the wife always asks which car I am going in; the BMW a round trip takes 20 minutes in the Cerbera it at least 1.5 hours.

Went to the shops again, same weather, different shops, same feeling, only thing is have to work in to the wee hours!! no body mentioned the side effects.
