Wax Oil ?

Does anyone know anywhere in derbyshire that does wax oil treatment for the chassis ? I'd like to try and keep the cerby in good condition, and know i wont be able to resist driving it this winter.

he used to do servicing and waxoiling I believe - dunno if he still does.

Do it yourself.

I did.....and managed to waxoil the garage and my self too.

Joolz put mine on with a spray gun, not quite sure wether he does that anymore-- but no harm in ringing him.

Do it yourself as a Winter project, Waxoyl in a pump spray kit from Halfords, a Wire brush, overalls, rubber gloves and the car on Axle Stands, and be prepared for the dirtiest weekends you'll ever have

Think I might tackle it myself - i have access to a ramp, just wasnt sure which bits to avoid 'painting' with oil, other than the exhausts ! (and me).

RT racing want £350 !...

i recall it needing to be left with him to dry out for a while before applying--otherwise you are trapping moisture.
