Goldfish in the footwells

Anyone else got a Cerb that you could put goldfish in the footwells, and they'd last for weeks?
Getting very wet feet in mine at the mo, and want to know likely points of water ingress if anyone can help?

On mine I also found that as my driveway is slightly sloped if I parked nose down it was far worse, water seemed to be breeching the door seals at the bottom front corner (i.e corner under hinge) as when I opened the door I could see damp areas over the top of the rubber... if I park facing the otherway with nose slightly up then I seem to get away with pretty much anything. Downside of this is that my exhaust face into the street rather than against my garage doors and I often set of the neighbours car alarm when I start my car

Its wet both sides but slightly more on the drivers side. The windscreen has got a milky residue at the base of it on both passenger and drivers side, possible? and also the drivers door has a silicon sealant repair on the clear rubber piece (not very tech I know but couldnt think what its called) another possibility?

Could well be coming in via the base of your windscreen, as it was with mine. I ended up taking all of the existing sealant off on the driver side, and putting new clear stuff on (I think it was Superflex 595 or something like that); no water ingress since.

check the cover for the clutch fluid under the inspection panel near the windscreen drivers side - i managed to forget to reseal mine & so i've currently got loads of towels soaking up the lake that has formed there

Had exactly the same problem with mine recently! Removed the bat wing, removed the glassfibre plate above the clutch master and cleaned out all the old silicone, refitted with a new helping of silicone sealer. Also cleaned the old silicone around the brake master away, re-sealed that too and so far no more wet feet!

I had wet footwells until the TVR dealer re aligned the doors. I've also heard that vaseline can keep the door seals in better condition.

My footweels are strange! Sometimes after heavy rain the drivers footwall gets waterlogged, yet at other times, following an eaqually severe bashing of rain, absolutely nothing - as i found out this weekend after having left the car out all week and after some heavy rain. My GF reckons the direction the rain falls down in may have something to do with this strange phenomenen.
