Valve stem seals

Hi all,

I'm hoping to resolve my fouling plugs once and for all this winter, can somone please tell me what type of valve stem seals the AJP8 uses and what are they from?

PS: Anyone have contact details for that chap selling rebuild manuals on eBay a while back?
