best part of about 6 hours tops for someone whos done it on a regular basis.
Anyone else, I'd say give it a couple of days, to do a swap.
you have to remove all the top gear, headers, engine to bellhousing, sensors/ecu connections, water pipes, car has to be raised to gain access underneath as well, not for the faint hearted, just hope there are no rusted bolts, otherwise keep a drill handy and some new bolts, a blowtorch can come in handy too, and plenty of grease/wd40.

This is an easy engine to remove.Theres a choise of leaving the box on or taking it off.But either way if you have the 2 cars next to each other i'd be looking at 10-12 hours to do the 2 together(time for both not each)both running,and thats going a full day not leaving it over night
