Cerb Owner No More.......

It is with deepest regret that I have to announce that I am no longer a Cerb owner.

It has sold to the first person who showed a genuine interest in the car when I first advertised it, unfortunately due to a few personal problems (holiday and wife falling ill - talk about ruining my holiday!) I was unable to let anyone view the car until today.

I'd like to wish the owner very happy motoring in 2007, and as a car enthusiast I know it will be very well looked after, and maybe, just maybe improved even further.

I don't think it's sunk in yet but I am still absolutely gutted.

I'll still keep tabs on this great forum and contribute from time to time, plus I'll certainly be at the Austec Santa Pod Day early in the new year.

Sorry its gone Julian, you must be gutted, but a wife is more important than a car, and you can always buy another one when circumstances change.
It sold quickly, Uou then again you did say the linked de-cats made it go pretty quick

Yes it's going to a very good home. The guy who has bought it is mechanically astute and previously owned (and built) a Caterham (250bhp). I think he'll more than look after it.

Still gutted though.....

I know exactly how you feel at the moment mate.... mine went a couple of weeks ago. I still can't face going in the garage right now cos of the empty space that was my Cerb....

I hope she went to a good home and the new owner looks after her as well as you did.

I am sure you will find someone else you can reel in on as regular basis as me!! But I'll still be keeping tabs on the forum what with so many exciting things happening in the Cerb world.

The beast will be replaced, but it will be hard trying to find something a little more user-friendly (for the wife), but with plenty of power to keep me happy......

Although we've never met, me and my Cerb's world have benefitted from your experience and willingness to communicate. I hope your contributions appear frequently.

Cool, you got it then. Baby seat is on the way, will get the track number from the wife and email it off to you. Have fun learning the new beast, I was not enjoying my ride to work today with the red snow light on in thick fog!!!!
