Tyre Pressures and Coolant

I've left home for Christmas without the handbook - now in need of some help. I have the 18inch spyders on my 4.5 Cerb but no idea what pressure the tyres need to be? Also I checked the coolant level yesterday and it was pretty low - and suggestions on the best stuff to use?

I ran 26psi all round, as for water, use de-ironised water with the correct ammount of anti freeze, just up to the ridge on the coolant bottle

Yep de-ionised water and with a 50/50 coolant mix, no more no less.

Tyres are 22 Fr 24 Rear if I remember correctly. I'd only up those by 1 PSI for plus sized wheels and tyres. Remembering to fetain the front rear difference.
