Name that wire.....

When i was plugging the laptop into the ecu i found a wire thats connected to the ecu but doesnt go anyplace, heres a wee piccy. Any ideas to what it is??

This one's been asked and answered before .............. but I can't remember the answer.

Its for the TVR fault code reader to plug in.

The device was apparently supplied to all dealers by TVR, but was next to useless so no-one used it.
