TVR Warranty again

Hi Everyone

A couple of months ago (Sept) I got a replacement clutch uder warranty with Auto protect. The work was carried out by Gatwick TVR (who as you know arent around anymore) the symptons were first spotted by Austec whilst driving me to the station - you could gently put pressure on the clutch and it would go to the floor whilst driving. These sysmptons are re occuring and figured that the clutch should be under some sort of warranty - the problem is I never got any paperwork from Gatwick TVR at the time ;( (come to think of it Alex at Austec was supposed to send me some for work I had done there!

Has anyone any thoughts on the best way to get the clutch resolved (perhaps soemone for Gatwick lurks on here)

If you paid by credit card you may be able to get them to sort the problem out for you. Had Visa replace an engine for me once when the company that rebuilt it went the same way as the engine...bust!
