Self-inflicted big bag of arse! :-(

On the way home from work I trundled over to our local branch of Citylink to pick up my new Garmin. (Very cheap from Ebuyer)
Upon leaving the Citylink depot you have to go round the back of some other buildings in a mini one-way system stylee.
I went round the the corner at about 25mph into a pitch black area and managed to drive across the corner of an extended bit of kerb that was marking the end of a row of parking spaces......
Net result - two alloys with large scrapes on them (hopefully not buckled) and two tyres with large gashes in them.
Not a happy bunny
(although obviously I accept full responsibility for my actions)
So. New tyres required all round, as I don't want to mix brand new and half worn tyres across the car.
Arse!
Would have been cheaper to pay full price from Halfords for the satnav.
Hopefully there's no other damage to the car!
