battery woe

hi guys just took my battery off and had it tested was a dead cell so i brought a new one only problem i inadvertantly connected it wrong polarity i know im a silly tt now its connected correctly electrics gone crazy for instance ignition wont switch off at all and hazards keep flashing etc etc do you think its done much damage

just been and had another look at problem and found out if i switch off the silver key this is the only thin that will kill the ign when switched back on ign back on and buzzer and also wipers wont stop even if i press switch

Check all the fuses - Cerbs are a bit strange fuse wise. Most cars if a fuse bloes something stops working. On a Cerb if a fuse blows, other things start working when they shouldn't !

thanks for that have checked fuses all ok could it be the big fuse ? could wrong polarity have wrecked somthing major

if it the big fuse just join 2 sides together as a temp fix to check it...
