Not sure what i think of this, but at least it is there for a purpose (european roads)






Maybe if it was covered in a piece of perspex to follow the bodyline ???

As its my car I can confirm

Originally built with a KM speedo and I believe, intended for Switzerland. Never got there, changed to UK speedo and languished in the garage of an American chap who spent most of his time in America before deciding to sell.

If you covered the back with a persex bit it would - of course, steam up.....

Person who buys it will get a pretty rare version - I've never seen another rear end like this.

Ah, on first sight I thought it must have been a mod to allow a "front-lit" rear plate (so to speak), for a market where the semi-transluscent back-lit ones were not legal.

Nope - all RHD and just the same as all the others - except the seat belt buzzer which goes off when your belt is undone

Ahhhh, that's what the loose wire attached to my belt buckle was! Found them when retrimming the carpet and wondered what they were for, now I know! :lol:
