Any nice tailpipes out there?

Hi all this is my dads 4.5 red rose cerb, he's had it from new 6 years ago,
He got a factory fitted sports exhaust with it that sounds fantastic but looks a bit... errr 'homemade'




Do any of you guys have any nice looking and sounding tailpipes?

Hi,

There are a few options available now for the Cerb, they are as follows:

JP Sports Exhaust - 2 1/8 inch diameter with 2 1/2 inch tails
ACT Big Bore S/S Exhaust - 2 1/4 inch diameter with 3 inch tails
Silverstone Performance S/S Exhaust - 2 1/4 inch diameter with 3 inch tails

The final option is to have your own system made, this can prove to be as cost effective as buying one of the above and you can specify exactly what you want, this is what I had done with my ex Cerb.

From what you have said in your post then I would recommend going for either the ACT or SP exhaust.

I cant offer any further advice than Cyclones post, but I just wanted to add that your Dads Cerb looks stunning in that colour.

In answer to the original poster, I had the same feeling about the tail pipes of my sports exhaust and finally got round to doing something about it...................and really wish I hadn't now. I blame the internet, an angle grinder, welder and 3 hours of free time. See for yourself!

I'm having to use it myself at the moment for my TVR fix while my tuscan is off the road

I'm sure lots would disagree with me but i find the two cars very simler performance wise,
I find traction (grip) is better in the tuscan (less power? ) but the over all handling and ride quality better in the cerb.
The cerb obviously sounds better than the tuscan.
I supose if i was to own just one of the cars i would proberly take the cerbera.

My exhausts are nicer though
