Door cards

Can anyone tell me how the door inserts are affixed? Mine are loose as hell and I'd love to strap them down tighter to prevent rattling when you shut the door.

Do you mean the complete door inners? They're held on by about 8 countersunk allen-head bolts around the outside of the door.

The inner panel is screwed to the outer on the inside, again with similar M6 screws. You'll need to take the door card off completely to find the other screws.

They're bonded/stick on the top as well, around the rubber bit.
