preparing a cerb for repainting

Could someone give me some info on the following:

1. does the paintshop have to have specials skils for repainting a GRP reinforced body
2. how to remove doorpanels, indicators (i know how to remove headlamp surroundings), door windows, rubberstrips around windscreen.

No special skills are needed for painting fibregglass cars, its exactly the same as painting a metal car.
Let the body shop remove all the parts. in fact Icant think of anything youd want to remove, just the rear lights and front light pods maybe (but if you do it yourself you'd wish you'd never started)

I thought fibreglass had a tendency to hold water, which can ruin a paintjob later on down the line. Those paintshops I've heard of that specialise in fibreglass shells all seem to store the car somewhere warm and dry for a period during the prep stage.
