Clutch Bleeding
Discussion
On the clutch reservoir side of the engine bay there should be a flying lead (metal braided job) with a bleed nipple on the end, pops up near the bottom of the windscreen. Least that's were it is on my 4.2 and pretty sure it is the same on the 4.5's - it is bendy though so it could have been bent down and tucked out the way.

Just done this myself.
Take off the upper engine cover and by the bulkhead you'll find a braided hose with a bleed nipple in the end. This is your bleed point. The bleed nipple is usually very tight/hard to replace. I've got a slightly chewed one which I've got a replacement for from a local motor factors - but I've yet to do this.
The master cylinder is under the black panel in the inner wing on the drivers side. You have to carefully trim away the mastic to reveal two self taping screws that you remove.
Current recommendation is to use the silicon outdoor sealent from B&Q.
